Job Description**
Seize the opportunity to contribute significantly as a Senior Procurement Analyst supporting our dynamic On-Premise Software team within the Supply Chain organization. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and negotiating strategic procurements aligned with enterprise strategies and objectives. **
How You Will Make An Impact**
Manage the procurement process for both internal GDIT customers and government customers.
Execute sourcing in compliance with regulatory requirements such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Leverage GDIT's market strength, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value in every procurement action.
Oversee RFQ/RFPs from drafting to negotiation and execution.
Complete sourcing checklists, including single/sole source justifications, price analysis, and individual screening requirements.
Ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
Support the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures. **
What You'll Need To Succeed**
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of direct procurement experience. Alternatively, 9+ years of direct procurement experience without a degree.
2+ years of experience in government contracts and/or strategic procurement.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills and Abilities: Research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data. Make sound decisions and recommendations. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with efficient project management skills.
Location: Hybrid position, working at the Falls Church, VA GDIT facility and remotely.
