Lead Gen VA

Job Summary: As a Lead Generation VA working with an Addiction Recovery Life Coach, your primary role will be to find and generate leads for potential clients seeking addiction recovery services. You will play a crucial part in connecting individuals who need support with the right resources. Here are your key responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification and Qualification:
  Research and identify potential leads globally, focusing on individuals seeking addiction recovery assistance.
  Qualify leads based on their interest, readiness, and suitability for the life coach’s services.
• Appointment Setting:
  Reach out to potential clients via email, social media, or other channels to introduce the life coach’s services.
  Book appointments on the life coach’s calendar for initial consultations or follow-up sessions.
  Ensure timely communication and follow-up with leads to maximize appointment conversions.
• Warm Lead Generation:
  Develop strategies to generate warm leads (individuals actively seeking help) rather than cold leads.
  Utilize online platforms, forums, and communities related to addiction recovery to connect with potential clients.
  Collaborate with the life coach to create compelling content (blogs, webinars, etc.) that attracts and engages potential clients.
• Software Tools:
  Calendly: Familiarity with Calendly is essential. You’ll use it to schedule appointments efficiently.
  Google Voice: While not mandatory, knowledge of Google Voice can be beneficial for communication purposes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills: You’ll be reaching out to potential clients, so clear and effective communication is crucial.
• Empathy and understanding: Understanding the challenges faced by individuals seeking addiction recovery is essential.
• Self-motivated and proactive: As a VA, you’ll work independently to find leads and set appointments.
