About The Role**

As a Talent Manager or Junior Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating your own roster of talent and identifying opportunities to cultivate multiple revenue streams for them. The ideal candidate will have a background in influencer marketing, digital media, social media management, content creation, or related fields, with a robust network of brand and agency contacts. Successful candidates will possess a blend of industry insight, attention to detail, and a tenacious drive to achieve results. **

Key Responsibilities**

Curate a roster of talent, procuring new additions as needed.

Collaborate with Talent Publicists, Model Bookers, and other team members to support the commercial success of talent.

Develop and execute strategic plans for talent, spanning brand partnerships, content development, licensing, and long-term brand building.

Facilitate negotiations and manage commercial contracts for talent across various business areas.

Project manage brand campaigns from inception to completion.

Cultivate relationships with desired brands and industry partners.

Elevate talent profiles within the entertainment industry through off-platform initiatives.

Coordinate talent launch events and promotional activities.

Prepare case studies and campaign reports for brand partners.

Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the needs of your talent roster. **

Key Requirements**

Strong blend of commercial acumen and creative mindset.

Proven track record in business development and talent acquisition.

Fluent understanding of marketing, particularly in digital advertising and PR.

Established relationships with influencers and experience across digital platforms.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with commercial contracts.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.

Flexibility to engage in communication outside of standard office hours.

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally. **

Salary Range**

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $110,000. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the position's requirements. **
