Your missionsWe are looking for a Human Resources Manager for a multinational company based in Edinburgh . **
Salary & Terms**
- Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 gross per year based on experience.
- 100% remote work, work from anywhere in the UK.
Role & Responsibilities
- Definition and implementation of the people management strategy to be carried out by the company.
- Definition of positions and selection of middle management and operational staff.
- Monitoring and onboarding of new hires. Development and execution of the annual training plan.
- Creation and implementation of career plans to promote employee growth within the company.
- Definition of strategies to meet the demand for training projects.
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
- Performance evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager.
- CIPD Qualified would be desirable.
