Your missions
This is a remote position.
Job Description
Scope
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Central Time (11:00pm - 7:00am Manila Time)
- Estimated 15 phone calls per day to handle
- Client base located in Missouri
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails on behalf of the business owner
- Manage calendar appointments and meeting schedule
- Take notes during phone calls
- Insert information into invoices and send to clients
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle or redirect as needed
- Book travel arrangements as requested
- Reschedule appointments with housekeeper as needed
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional phone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred
