REQUIRED SERVICE: Construction Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Advanced
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: 8 AM-4 PM / 9 AM - 5 PM
SHIFT DAYS:  Monday-Friday
Number of VAs: 1

Responsibilities
  • Material Purchasing:
    Coordinate with suppliers to procure construction materials.
    Maintain accurate records of material orders and deliveries.
    Assist in cost analysis and budget tracking related to materials.
  • Client Communication:
    Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and project managers.
    Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
    Schedule meetings and follow up on project updates.
  • Bookkeeping:
    Manage financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
    Assist with payroll processing and track project-related costs.
    Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Organizing and Sending Contracts:
    Prepare and organize construction contracts, change orders, and other legal documents.
    Ensure timely execution of contracts by all parties involved.
    Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to contracts.
Software Tools Required/Good to Have Knowledge
  • G Suite (Google Workspace):
    Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
    Ability to create and manage shared folders, documents, and calendars.
  • JobTread (Good to Have):
    Familiarity with JobTread or similar construction project management software.
    Experience in tracking project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
