We're looking for a Global Real Estate Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our office environment is not only delivering Wow, but also reflective of our commitment to a people-centric workplace. You will be responsible for managing the property portfolio and strategy of our company and delivering a seamless experience for our employees and visitors.

What you’ll be doing

• Building a team and forming work streams for the broader Workplace and Expansion teams

• Driving and executing strategic partnerships and projects to grant office space to Revolut

• Managing the function’s workflow across multiple countries and ensuring timely execution of goals through company-wide coordination

• Supporting the Regional Heads/Group CEOs in goal setting/benchmarking, strategic and operational reviews, regional leadership, and aligning functional priorities with business goals

• Assisting in strategically expanding the business through detailed market analyses on supply/demand fundamentals, leasing activity, demographics, and economic trends

• Driving ongoing education on the Revolut business model

What you'll need

• Strong experience managing a real estate portfolio, preferably in various regions

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing external/third party partners in property acquisitions

• Proven people leadership skills in a virtual office environment

• Strong negotiation skills

Nice to have

• Experience setting up new offices in new regions
