SHIFT DAYS:  Monday-Friday

Number of VAs:1 (plans of expanding once current workload is done)

Responsibilities

• Product Listing: Add new products to eBay and other auction platforms, including HighBid.
• Product Descriptions: Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Pricing and Bidding: Set appropriate starting prices, reserve prices, and bidding increments for auction listings.
• Image Management: Upload high-quality product images and ensure they meet platform guidelines.
• Research and Optimization: Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing, popular keywords, and effective listing strategies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and update listings accordingly.
• Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent service during the auction process.
• Sales Tracking: Keep track of auction results, sales, and successful bids.
• Shipping and Fulfillment: Coordinate shipping logistics, including packaging, labeling, and tracking shipments.
• Feedback and Ratings: Encourage positive feedback from buyers and maintain a high seller rating.

Software Tools Required/Good to Have Knowledge

• Bulk Listing Software: Familiarity with tools that allow efficient bulk listing of products.
• eBay and HighBid Platforms: Proficiency in using eBay’s Seller Hub and HighBid’s auction management system.
• Image Editing Software: Basic skills in editing and optimizing product images.
• Inventory Management Tools: Experience with inventory tracking software.
• Customer Service Tools: Ability to communicate effectively with buyers and resolve issues promptly.
