LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CANDIDATES BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Executive Assistant

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time

Holidays: TBD

Monthly Salary: up to USD 1,500/month

Its managed investments and integrated joint venture properties contribute to a varied real estate portfolio, encompassing office spaces, retail outlets, multifamily residences, and industrial facilities. The portfolio showcases a diverse array of assets spanning the investment spectrum, ranging from stable core properties to distressed assets targeted for revitalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel management and coordination
  • Scheduling & calendar management
  • Monitoring and managing inbox and emails in real-time
  • Taking care of all of the professional and personal administrative tasks and appointment
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Assisting with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed
  • Planning and executing meetings
  • Event planning
  • Preparing and reviewing documents
  • Handling confidential information
  • Producing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Organizing and analyzing data
  • Basic research
  • Social media postings
  • Office management tasks
  • Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • Basic project management
  • Assisting with the real estate deal flow

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in real estate is a big plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite, Notion experience preferred
  • Has great communication skills
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
