Graphic Designer (UI/UX)

Our client is a private membership network for small business owners. They provide a vetted online community and tactical resources allowing owners to go faster and build smarter. Expert contributors break down common pain points into step-by-step recipes so you never start from scratch.

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer (UI/UX) to join our team to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. You will work directly with the CEO, webflow developer, and marketing contacts. This is a full-time contract position. You will work standard US hours (GMT-4) - this position only needs to be available for 2-3 hours of overlap each day. 

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our small team to define and implement solutions for product design, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final implementation on Webflow.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Create graphic content for marketing and telling the story to our audience.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across all projects to uphold the brand identity and user experience.
  
  

Requirements

• You have proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio. 

• You’re an expert in Figma and can possess expertise in Figma to craft premium-looking assets aligning with modern SaaS aesthetics, including illustrations and mock-ups for both desktop and mobile. 
• Proficiency in Webflow and experience building responsive web pages across desktop and mobile. 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of early-stage startups, including direct engagement with Founders/CEOs

Example Projects

• Produce high-quality illustrations, mock-ups, and UI elements that elevate the visual appeal of the landing page on Webflow. 
• Create consistent and elevated templates for our marketing team to post across various social media channels. 

• Design, build, and implement additional pages on our website. 
  

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1500 - $2000 per month
