Job description
Your missions
This is a remote position.
Scope
- Part-time role, 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 1pm Newark, NJ (9pm - 1am Manila Time)
Responsibilities
- Categorize transactions from bank statements and receipts
- Enter data into Excel spreadsheets with pre-built formulas and pivot tables
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with tax preparation by organizing relevant documents
- Calendar management and email correspondence
- General administrative work including document organization as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years as a personal assistant or similar role
- Experience in bookkeeping and data entry
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
