We are looking for a Principle Developer / Tech Lead to be part of our team that is working for clients in Europe. In this position, you will design, implement and support data pipelines working closely with teams in the EU, US, Brazil and other countries. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams and clients during the workday.

* Great experience as a Software Engineer/Developer, with a strong track record of successfully participation in big and complex projects.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (troubleshooting capabilities) to identify and resolve technical challenges.

* Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

* Huge proficiency with CI/CD (CircleCI), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and scripting languages (Bash).

* Experience in building sophisticated and automated infrastructures.

* Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (general understanding of key services: IAM, API Gateway & Lambda).

* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

* Able to work with minimal supervision while working in a team atmosphere.

* Contribute to driving initiatives such as defining standards and processes.

* Determine best practices & principles and promote them across the organization.

* Provide engineering expertise to plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure and pipelines expressed as code.

* Provide engineering expertise to plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available multidisciplinary on-demand solutions.

* Work with the creation, release, and configuration of production systems.

* Optimize existing development and release processes through automation.

* Perform root cause analysis of errors and solve technical issues.

* Experience with: Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Nodejs, Sanity and Terraform Cloud.

* Systems architecture & design.
