About the job
As the Executive Assistant of the CEO, you'll be the right-hand support, overseeing business and personal operations. Duties range from managing the CEO's schedule and handling urgent issues to liaising with team members and organizing company projects. Essential skills include project management, executive assistant experience, and fluency in English. You'll need full-time availability on US Pacific Time Zone, proficiency with communication tools, and a background in working with US executives. Requirements
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize CEO priorities by liaising with the team to create daily task lists.
- Manage the CEO's email and calendar, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads and prospects, acting as the CEO when necessary.
- Serve as a liaison in the CEO's absence, attending meetings and calls on their behalf.
- Project manage one-off projects for the company as needed.
- Compile and update company KPI dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate travel bookings and personal appointments for the CEO and their family.
- Communicate with the CEO's spouse to coordinate schedules and handle personal tasks.
- Handle urgent issues from clients, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Embrace the company's cultural fit principles, demonstrating accountability, respect, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability on US Pacific Time Zone.
- Accessibility via Slack, Email, Text, and Phone.
- Experience in project management.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant for C-Suite or startup executives.
- Familiarity with working alongside United States-based executives.
- Ideally, past work experience in a digital agency, consulting firm, or tech startup.
- Fluent English proficiency - both verbal and written.
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive thinking and problem-solving abilities.
