Senior Engagement Manager

As a Senior Engagement Manager in the Customer Onboarding department, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our Fulfillment Management Software (FMS) to our customers and their clients. You will manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and scoping to implementation and post-launch support. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, manage customer expectations, tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and deployment of Customer Onboarding projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary advocate between the customer and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to handle potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Provide regular updates to both customers and internal stakeholders on project status.
  • Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project improvement areas.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in implementing or managing warehouse management solutions for customers.
  • Strong understanding of project management techniques and methodologies (PMP or SAFe certification is a plus).
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills. 
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in resource allocation and project budgeting.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
