About the role:

As a Solution Implementation Specialist, Pre-Sales you play a crucial role ensuring a smooth and efficient ‘demo process’ as part of our customer ‘pre-sales’ journey by configuring Thentia Cloud, our SaaS platform.  You will work collaboratively with our Sales, Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to understand the customer requirements to then configure customer facing environments for demonstrations. Your role will play an integral part of the customer’s pre-sales journey and will require: a strong technical background with software configuration, excellent troubleshooting skills, excellent project collaboration, time management, and analytical skills and a positive mindset.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales team to determine the best configurations for the customer’s business needs and long-term usage of the product.
  • Configure and document the product to meet the needs and requirements of the customer for pre-sales defined standards, using configuration interfaces, JSON, JavaScript, and SQL Queries.
  • Become proficient with the product and be able to translate customer requirements to capabilities of the Thentia Platform.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to gain additional insight on the customer needs and requirements to ensure the customers pre-sales success with Thentia’s platform.
  • Support efficient hand off customers from pre-sales to delivery, as appropriate.
  • Provide regular status updates on implementation deliverables and milestones through defined processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects within set workload expectations to meet delivery deadlines consistently.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, college diploma in related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of SaaS software implementation, customer service and/or transferable experience.
  • 1+ year working with JSON, JavaScript and SQL Queries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, clarity in communication, managing expectations, enthusiasm and friendliness.
  • Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to ensure all parties are kept abreast of the implementation process.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS solutions in the cloud.
  • Learner’s mindset with drive and ability to consistently improve knowledge and abilities. 

     

    Working Hours: Working hours will follow some overlap with North American time zones, from 11:00am - 7:00pm CET, Monday to Friday. Over time we intend to normalize to a 9:00am - 5:00pm CET.
