The Job:  

As a Sales Operations Specialist you’ll be part of our Sales Enablement team working as a virtual employee.  This role will assist with the daily tasks & projects associated with the operations team, and associated sales enablement tools. You’ll get to:   

• Management of data in Sales Enablement platforms related to the Commercial & Industrial and Farm & Hardware Sales teams
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits & cleanup procedures
• Ensure consistency between data platforms to enforce data governance best practices
• Manage communication methods across platforms
• Assist with merchandising ordering and management of new SKU development and reset projects to ensure availability within set timelines
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage key data files for the greater sales teams

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; take initiative and strive for continual improvement
• Ability to interact & assist 500+ sales field reps throughout the US
• Intermediate or advanced skills in all MS Office Suite product, especially Excel
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The following characteristics: Organized, detail-oriented, responsive, analytical, multi-tasker
